Personal Data Protection
On 25 May 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) came into effect, thanks to which your personal data will be better protected and you will have greater control over it.
As the Controller, we therefore inform you that we process and protect your personal data in accordance with our personal data processing policy.
By sending a message via the contact form or by e-mail, the sender, pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts (hereinafter the “Act”), consents to the processing of their personal data stated in the message for the purpose of handling their question or request. The controller and its employees, or a processor that processes personal data on behalf of the controller, are authorised to process personal data for this purpose pursuant to Section 5 of the Act. The consent given to the processing of personal data is voluntary and valid until withdrawn; the sender may withdraw consent at any time, even without giving a reason.
